When you request an 8 node or larger license, we ask our "Licensed" resellers to supply a number. They in turn ask us to provide proof of purchase via PayPal. Once the payment has been received by us*, a license is submitted from the reseller which we send to you, and when you have setup and tested your ECI Information Server (BBS) then, and only then is the payment transferred to the reseller. While we realize there may be circumstances that might prevent you from testing we do set a limit of 96 hours before we presume you are satisfied after which the reseller adds your name to their database and your number is marked "Active". The reseller, you and PayPal have a record of the transaction.

You satisfaction is guaranteed or your money will be promptly refunded. Frankenserver has been offering new license number registration and old license number lookups for ten years.
